Fitness Week: This is going to be a week of fun, color, and filled with tons activities for our students to be active thanks to our amazing parents of POWW who have worked extremely hard and many long hours to prepare for the week. The fundraising has already began as we work to raise dollars to support the our Welby Way P.E. program and equipment that our students participate in each week. Coffee with the Principal - Please join me on Thursday at 8:30 am in the library for coffee and goodies as we discuss Online/Digital Grooming Awareness as we work to keep our students safe online. Kinder - 5th grade students will also be participating in this training at an elementary level which will be previewed at Thursday's meeting. Hope to see you there.
Region North STEAM Fest: Join Mr. Weissler and I for a celebration of our TK-12 students’ STEAM learning and day of STEAM-focused family fun. Pre registration is full but families are welcome to attend and register at the door. I suggest coming early as it is going to be a full event with families from across the valley.

Calendar Reminders: There will be no school on Wednesday, April 24th in observance of Armenian Genocide. Also, mark your calendar for Thursday, May 2nd for our annual Open House for all grades from 5:30 - 6:30 pm.
Parent Portal: The district is asking that at least one family member for each student register for the parent portal. At this time we have 92% of our families registered. Please contact the Welby office to obtain your parent pin (one confidential pin per parent) and be walked through the steps to register for the parent portal. Thank you for your attention to this.
